Ingredients
4 kiwifruit, peeled & diced
400g plain yoghurt
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup muesli
Mint sprigs
Berries (optional)
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the yoghurt, lime juice and honey. In 2 small cups or bowls, layer the muesli, yogurt and kiwifruit. Top with fresh mint and berries and serve.
